Testcases can be recorded using testifIERecorder, or manually developed in simple XML, or in Java.

Testcase operations include execution of user actions, page state/element validation, and execution of plug-n-play custom hooks/code. User/Input data is maintained external to the test case .xml, reducing maintenance and making testifIE a viable option for Globalization/Localization testing.
